The Rental Registry is a secure database that allows property owners and managers to register rental units as required by Pasadena’s Fair and Equitable Housing Charter Amendment (Measure H).
Property Owners/Managers
- View Property Information
- Submit information about your units to comply with the Fair and Equitable Housing Charter Amendment (Measure H)
- Update ownership and business contact information
- Request an exemption from the Rental Registration requirement
- Pay the annual Rental Housing Fee
